At Digi-Dresser, we strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with your token purchases. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which we provide refunds for token packages and related services.

Token Package Refund Policy

Unused Token Packages
Eligible for full refund within 7 days of purchase if no tokens from the package have been used
Partially Used Packages
Eligible for partial refund within 7 days, based on the number of unused tokens (minus a 10% processing fee)
Used Tokens
Tokens already used to generate images are non-refundable as the service has been provided
Technical Issues
Tokens consumed due to technical failures may be refunded or replaced at our discretion after investigation

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Token package purchased
  • Reason for requesting a refund
  • Transaction ID (if available)

Processing Time

We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.

Special Circumstances

Development and Production Environments

If you've accidentally used tokens in a development environment when intending to use them in production (or vice versa), please contact our support team within 24 hours. We may be able to assist with token restoration at our discretion.

Technical Failures

If you experience technical issues during image generation that result in token consumption without receiving the expected results, please contact us with:

  • A description of the issue encountered
  • Approximate time of the occurrence
  • Any error messages received
  • Screenshots (if available)

Exceptions

The following circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

  • Tokens already used to generate images, regardless of your satisfaction with the results
  • Requests made after the 7-day refund period has expired
  • Issues arising from your own technical environment or errors in uploading designs
  • Tokens purchased more than 30 days ago

Enterprise Customers

If you have a custom enterprise plan, please refer to your service agreement for specific refund terms, as they may differ from this general policy.
